Infineum Singapore supports national effort to plant one million trees

Sustainability - 24 October 2022

Supporting the local environment is one part of our aim to delivering a positive impact in the wider community.

Infineum employees demonstrated their commitment to this by taking part in Singapore’s OneMillionTrees initiative. Working together, the group planted fifty trees in and around Singapore’s Aroozoo Avenue Playground, helping to improve the urban environment, increase the area’s resilience to climate change, and ensure the community is a more sustainable place to live.

The OneMillionTrees initiative is a nationwide effort to plant a million trees across Singapore over the next ten years, bringing the number of trees in Singapore to more than eight million.

This was a great opportunity to do our part for the environment as an Infineum team. I’m looking forward to returning to the park in a few years’ time to check on the growth of the trees!
