Infineum Singapore has once again received recognition at the Singapore Chemical Industry Council (SCIC) Responsible Care Awards 2022 for contributions to health, safety, and environmental practices in the chemical industry.
Our Singapore plant received recognition for six of seven applicable codes of practice, including the Employee Health and Safety Code, Community Awareness and Emergency Response Code, Pollution Prevention Code, Security Code, Distribution Code, Process Safety Code, and Product Stewardship Code.
The team has also seen improvement in the Pollution Prevention and Security Codes, where their rating has now advanced from Achievement to Gold.
Responsible Care is the global chemical industry’s initiative, driving continuous health, safety, and environmental (HSE) performance improvement. The SCIC Responsible Care Awards, now in its 22nd year, recognises the efforts of companies committed to practicing and implementing the Responsible Care Codes of Practices.
