Infineum USA has been awarded top Intern and Co-op employer by the New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT), a public education institute based in Newark, New Jersey.
The award recognises their support in hiring NJIT students for internships and co-op roles, namely paid work placements, throughout our organisation.
Infineum USA is one of five companies to receive this award, and other recipients were Fortune 500 companies – UPS, ADP, Johnson & Johnson, and Langan Engineering.
Victoria Hobbs, HR Business Partner, Talent Acquisition, Infineum USA, said: “We are delighted to receive this award and I would like to thank our team who work in partnership with universities for effectively helping us recruit our employees of the future by giving those students the opportunity to start building up their work experience with us.”
Liliana Lourenço, Driveline Technology Team Leader, Infineum USA said: “After experiencing three co-ops myself and mentoring several students over the last ten years, I know how valuable it is for students to have this opportunity to learn and develop professionally before going into the workforce. Infineum benefits too because the students work on real projects that we need support for, and they offer a new perspective.”
